JUNE INTENTIONS

Setting intentions is one of my favorite ways to focus myself. I believe in embracing the fact that we are imperfect creatures. This means giving ourself grace and understanding that some days or even weeks we might not hit all of our goals or we might struggle to maintain them. I find that setting a few simple intentions is a way to manage my course in a healthy way and stay focused on my overall life goals. As long as there is forward movement, there is progress.
